Waterproof removeable liner. 3M Schotchlite (TM) Reflective Material. 98248-09VM First off I highly recommend going to an HD dealer and try it on before you buy it, I bought the XL tall, I'm 180cm and about 100kg, that was the perfect fit for me, but the regular XL would have been way too short. Now to actual jacket, when used without the inner cover, its amazing how much air it lets in, its very cool to use on a regular summer day (in Costa Rica) but also warm enough for the nights. So far the quality appears to be great, strong stitches, and high quality finish, the reflective piping its 3M so the quality on that its great as well.
