Xelement Mens Black and Silver Motorcycle Jacket with Breathable 3 Way Lining and Level 3 Armor - Size : XL I bought this jacket about 4 months ago, when I got my Gs1200. I have ridden it all over including to Canada from DC. I haven't ridden it with the vest or rain insert because of the heat in my area. But when I have installed the rain liner, and it keeps the chill off you. This jacket is not great for really hot riding with lots of stop and go traffic, but you will stay cool as long as your moving because it has mesh on the outside along with real leather. If your in very hot climates it will only serve you well if you keep moving and if it gets cooler at night where you are. It's nice to be able to layer yourself up. Nit a light weight jacket sturdy! Air does get up into the helmet though, they should have put a longer neck with a strap! I like the plastic on the shoulders, it makes you feel more protected and gives it a "Mad Max" look. It also has a back protector and I insert my camel back in there as well. then I use the straps that are on the sleeves to tighten the jacket to hold down the hose and mouth piece to my arm for easy access. I really like the jacket.!
